As a testament to our commitment to sustainable development, in 2021, Il Mangiar Sano Spa and Creabio Srl changed their legal form and became Benefit Corporations, aiming to uphold high environmental and social standards. In the same year, both companies obtained B Corp certification for all Germinal Bio branded products.

Valuing supply chains within a circular economy perspective is a long-term strategic goal for us.
We work with short, certified, and guaranteed supply chains to ensure full traceability from field to table, and, where feasible, we opt for 100% Italian raw materials.
In order to support Italian agricultural companies, we have established supply chain agreements that offer fair pricing in line with the quality of the raw materials.
Additionally, we partner with Altromercato for the procurement of cane sugar, cocoa, spices, and other raw materials sourced from fair trade and solidarity-based ethical supply chains.

Sustainability doesn't mean only reducing our negative impact on the environment; it also means adding value to the local area and the society in which we are embedded.
Through years of collaboration with the associations active in our country, we support local communities every year with inclusion and social enhancement projects.
All our investments are driven by the desire to reduce our environmental impact. Every single choice, from embracing the philosophy of organic to supporting environmental protection associations, is part of a broader vision embedded in the Group's DNA since its foundation.
